You do an investigation to find the person who did it, and then you give them a trial once you already know they're the guilty criminal so you can get them convicted and sentenced!
I don't... I don't know... I mean, I'm gonna sue the jerk in charge of this whole thing when it's over for doing all this stuff that isn't in the contract, but right now I'm... I'm not sure.
