I somewhat doubt...I think the staff might intervene in a situation like Sieghart and Mikazuki, but...honestly, the contracts clearly provide for someone to kill in the middle of trial. Nothing says you only save your hostage by killing at night - they are saved if you kill at any point outside of the executions.

Instead, I would think of who is physically strong who is not close to the one being accused. Come with an ally.
