Just like— with investigations, my teachers always said the way I conducted them was perfect, and my deductions about cases were really brilliant! And Pops... didn't think that, but I figured his standards were just really high. 'Cause he was so great. I won all these awards and everything!
But now if I do the exact same stuff I got awards for before, other people say I'm stupid and my logic is bad!
... great lords will sometimes have the same troubles. To be instructed by their educators, to learn the rules of tactics, and then to discover in the worst moments of war that not all in life can be taught so easily.
I am sure you were a disciplined student, and there are gems within what you have been taught.
But sometimes it can be hard to reconcile with what is in front of you. I do not believe you stupid - perhaps others simply a bit impatient.

That it does, that it does... But that makes it all the more imperative to gather experience, and to know when to learn from your missteps.
