I think you might need to take all your trial knowledge and put it to one side for the moment. You don't normally investigate a murder during the trial to convict someone, do you?

No, that's one of the things I always complain about... how stupid it is to even have a trial before you have a suspect.

Yet they keep doing it. I guess no one can accuse us of preconceived bias if we don’t even have a culprit.
