Kazunari got forced into it both times. It's just... not fair to anyone this way. Everything's so much easier when they choose to do it and you can be mad at them.
A few people have, but it seems like everyone's had different situations. Not surprising wires would get crossed.

Obviously, yes. But it's more of a moral complication than I think people want it to be.
I still don't really remember what I was thinking when I signed it, but... I think I was probably thinking I could just push through it, and whoever ended up doing something bad, it wouldn't be me.
I'd argue it was a bit naive to come here thinking you could wait it out and everything would be fine, Sebastian. But when there's a hostage involved, you don't feel like there's much choice.
I thought I could just lock myself in my room and it would be fine! We didn't— things weren't crazy like this before! [ aside from the vampires. ] People killed each other on their own for stupid reasons like people do, and all I had to do was be careful!
