I'm not a defense attorney, and I'm not good at that. I should've looked for more evidence, o-or pressed that other guy with the missing razor harder...

I know, but— I'm the one who's supposed to be great at trials and catching guilty criminals!! This is my whole thing! I'd promised not to disappoint anyone, and now a guy I was kind of friends with is dead 'cause I wasn't good enough!
And I believe that you are. The thing is, these trials are different than anything any of us have done, at least before our last... scenario before coming here, and you said your run before was even shorter. Taking it all on yourself... that isn't fair to you.
But... if I can't do it here, what good am I to anybody? I mean, what if I can't even save Pops?! Bucky was strong and brave and really wanted to save his guy, and it still ended up like this!
This place doesn't have the laws we're used to, though. And it's got weird magic and abilities that aren't easy to trace. You can't blame yourself for having a hard time with it, okay?
Besides, all you have to do to save him is survive. You're doing great on that so far. And I don't want to give up on Bucky yet, or anyone else.

But I think, as long as you're willing to work with everyone else to try to figure it out, you are helping. You contributed for the hint and all, didn't you?
