I wouldn't be surprised... though I kind of wonder if they're trying to block us from certain things? Like, I'd been wondering if there was any chance of finding staff uniforms or whatever in housekeeping, which... there probably wasn't... but now I can't even get in there!

That's what it said... It leaves the possibility that there are conditions other than death that could make one "unable" to return to the lobby...
I'm sorry if that sounds bleak... I don't want to discourage you or anything. I just think we need to be prepared for the worst... because whatever happens, we have to overcome it somehow.
It only lets you go back a minute, but that seems good enough if you're just trying to like, avoid an attack or something... or change a choice you made that had immediate consequences...
Yeah, basically! Except I think it only lets you change the one thing, but... I mean, I can't really test it, so... anyway, hopefully I understand it right...
Items like that usually still stick around after you use them, right? Just... not active anymore? It's also just a cool eraser so I hope I get to keep it.
