I think you might need to take all your trial knowledge and put it to one side for the moment. You don't normally investigate a murder during the trial to convict someone, do you?

Having to see a bunch of stupid memories again, and then getting shot by lasers and almost killed by this awful monster while causing trouble for everyone else, and then someone I'd just started to get kind of close to died, and now my best friend's going to die too, and I looked like an idiot and no one's going to take me seriously again...

There's nothing we can do about who died, and why. Nor can we do anything about Kazunari and what happened with him and Hope. Things are the way they are now -- you don't have to like it, but you should think about where you want to go from here.

If it was easy we’d all be experts. People are complicated, and what we want is bound to clash because of that. We had a lot on our plates yesterday, so it was always going to be a tough one.

So even if he was one of them, we should have been able to find one of the others who actually chose to do it and hold them countable instead of the one who didn't do it willingly! So, like... even if it was technically right, it wasn't the most right... you know?
